Program Development and Facilitation

I assist in program development and facilitating group therapy programs in DV, trauma, attachment and adolescent-to-mother violence. Your organisation can either be trained to facilitate an existing Courage group therapy program, complete with session plans and handouts, or I can help your organisation develop its own program. My experience authoring and co-facilitating the ReNew program gives me the unique experince both developing and co-facilitating group work. Program development can also include ongoing supervision of your facilitators and session observations.

All programs are different and you may have specific needs for your organisation and client group. Therefore, rates on program development may vary. It will all depend on the number of participants, how many sessions your organisation wants for your program and the complexity of the program. If you want training in and continued facilitation of a Courage authored program, we will meet and discuss a specific rate for your program. Rates for facilitation and assistance with program development are fixed hourly rates. 

 

Therapeutic Programs include the following topics:

- Domestic and Family Violence (For both mothers and children/young people)

- Trauma

- Attachment / Attachment-Based Parenting

- Adolescent-to-Mother Violence 

- Programs for Youth Justice and Child Protection Organisations

Rates:

- Program Development Assistance Consultations: $200 per hour

- Group Facilitation: $250 per hour

- Rates for Courage Developed Programs Agreed on Upon Request
